Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone, ma viaggiamo solitamente in due, perché qualcuno deve rimanere con il nostro pastore tedesco!
Cesena è un gioiellino di città, sulla via Emilia. Il suo centro storico, ricco e affascinante, ti potrà conquistare.
A 40 minuti di treno da Bologna, e da lì Firenze e Venezia, ma anche Milano (poco più di un'ora) e Roma (2 ore e 20) con l'alta velocità!
Abbiamo fatto il nostro primo scambio di casa nel 2010, figli piccoli che ne portano ancora ricordi gioiosi.
Treviso, Nizza, Rennes, Tolosa, Den Haag, Parigi tante volte... sempre con Homelink. Ricordi meravigliosi anche per me.
Ci piace scambiare con la Francia e i Paesi Bassi in particolare.

Cesena is a little gem of a city, on the Via Emilia. Its historic centre, rich and fascinating, will win you over.
40 minutes by train from Bologna, and from there Florence and Venice, but also Milan (just over an hour) and Rome (2 hours and 20 minutes) with the high speed!
We did our first home exchange in 2010, young children who still carry joyful memories of it.
Treviso, Nice, Rennes, Toulouse, Den Haag, Paris many times... always with Homelink. Wonderful memories for me too.
We like to exchange with France and the Netherlands in particular.

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
The apartment is renovated, very bright and with air conditioning. With a small balcony in the kitchen and a large balcony in the living room. Two bedrooms, one with a "French" double bed and a very large double bed, with an extra-size double bed. The second floor without a lift makes it the most suitable accommodation for people without walking difficulties. Even with children, it might be a little tiring. Once in the house, however, all the comforts make the stay very pleasant.
L'appartamento è rinnovato, molto luminoso e con impianto di climatizzazione. Con un balconcino in cucina e un ampio balcone in soggiorno. Due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale "francese" e una matrimoniale molto ampia, con letto matrimoniale extra size. Il secondo piano senza ascensore rende la sistemazione più indicata per persone senza difficoltà motorie. Anche con i bambini, potrebbe essere un po' faticoso. Una volta in casa, però, tutti i comfort rendono la permanenza molto piacevole.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The area is central but quiet. The car can be parked on the street (€ 2 / day nearby, or a little further away, freely). The train station is 700 m and it is possible to reach Bologna, Florence, Milan in a short time, with the Intercity. Cities of interest, Spas, Gastronomy, we will let you find material to be able to choose. And, of course, on the beach. Cesenatico is only 17 Km away
La zona è centrale, ma tranquilla. L'auto è parcheggiabile in strada (2€/giorno vicino, oppure un po' più distante, liberamente). L'autobus porta sia al mare (Cesenatico) che in centro. La stazione dei treni dista 700 m ed è possibile raggiungere Bologna, Firenze, Milano in poco tempo, con gli Intercity. Città di interesse, Terme, Gastronomia, vi faremo trovare materiale per poter scegliere.

We like to find the house as we left it, and so will yours. There is a rule not to make excessive noises after 23:00 and until 7:00 in the morning. Waste management is organized and you will find instructions in French and English in the house to ensure you have peace of mind with this operation as well.
