Vicino al mare, in zona residenziale tranquilla, immersa nel verde di Castiglioncello, scambiamo grazioso appartamento in bifamiliare, al primo piano con ingresso indipendente e spazioso giardino.
la casa e disponibile per scambio solo nei mesi di maggio e giugno e settembre
L'immobile è composto da ampio soggiorno con cucinotto, due camere matrimoniali , di cui una con letto a castello aggiunto e bagno finestrato con doccia.
Dotato di tv, lavatrice lavastoviglie e due balconi.
Ottima soluzione per godersi le vacanze in pieno relax. . In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono le spiagge e i principali servizi.
In meno di un ora si raggiungono Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, Volterra, Siena e in un'ora e 30 Firenze.
