2-floors detached house + 1 basement with extra kitchen and tavern provided by sofa bed for two people. 3 bathrooms (1 located in the basement) provided by shower (no bathtub available). 3 TVs (1 located in the basement) with cable connection. Wi-Fi available, as well as LAN (although the connection is sometimes slow). No air conditioning, the bedrooms are provided by roof-fans, since the house is located in an area protected from the summer heat. Garden with table and chairs, BBQ available. The garden is currently under renewal (May 2022), will be ready by end of May and we will upload updated pictures.
Bicycles available. The surrounding area is hilly, the closest park (Villa Ghigi) is 500 meters away. Opportunity to walk on the several footpaths around. On the other hand, the town center (Piazza Maggiore) is at 15-20 minutes walking distance. Good bus connections (bus #29 leading to Piazza Maggiore running every 10 minutes at rush hours), bus stop at 3 minutes walking distance.
