Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Bivani furnished in villa a few steps from the sea in Punta Braccetto (Ragusa), with front courtyard. It can comfortably accommodate 3 people with the possibility of a fourth. Located near the places of Commissario Montalbano (3 km), an easy starting point for visiting the splendid Baroque of Ragusa. Modica, Scicli, Comiso, Ragusa Ibla, Donnafugata Castle, are just a few examples that can be reached in just 30 minutes. A few kilometers away is the Comiso airport.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The house is located in a very quiet area of Punta Braccetto. Just 5 minutes walk, you reach two different beaches, a few meters from the house there is a long cliff where you can fish or snorkel and dive. Within a few kilometers you can visit the set places of the TV series of Commissario Montalbano, Punta Secca, the Castle of Donnafugata, Donnalucata, Scicli, Modica and the splendid Ragusa Ibla, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A few meters from the house there is a summer restaurant, the Calammari, a very popular destination where you can have a drink in the beautiful scenery of the cliff at sunset. Marina di Ragusa offers various opportunities for recreation with its countless restaurants where you can taste the best fish specialties. A walk through the narrow streets of Ragusa Ibla or Modica is a must to be able to enjoy the charm of enchanting places considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site
