Description of the home we are offering for exchange
On top of a hill with wonderful views over the Natural Park of Mount Subasio (Assisi) is situated our little medieval hamlet. A perfect place to get away from the the city routine and immerge oneself completely in nature, relaxation and the traditions of the area. The cozy stone buildings have been restored and comfortably furnished a few years ago. All the apartments have their own secluded garden space with garden furniture, where you can eat and enjoy the suggestive landscape.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The area has yet not been discovered by mass tourism, therefore people here are still gentle and hospitable and you can find cozy restaurants, which are at the same time very good and inexpensive. Nice and interesting places to visit: Spoleto ( Festival of 2 worlds : international art festival in july), Todi, Marmore Falls, Assisi, Orvieto, Gubbio, in Perugia you can find a very exciting international jazz festival in july. Only 2 hours far from Rome and Florence.
