Zona di montagna a 890 metri con passeggiate e percorsi ciclabili in valle fino a Locarno. Il trenino turistico delle 100 valli parte da Domodossola fino a Locarno. Maneggio, campo golf , bicicletta, tennis, parapendio, piscina scoperta impianti sci- ciaspole. Per i bambini giostre permanenti e attività ludiche in pineta organizzate da Accompagnatour (programmi disponibili presso ufficio turismo in Santa Maria Maggiore). Due fiumi (Melezzo est , Melezzo Ovest) terme di Premia. Zona eno gastronomica-mercatini di natale ogni anno a dicembre a Santa Maria Maggiore (VB).

Per favore chiediamo gentilmente ai nostri ospiti di limitare il più possibile l'ingresso agli amici; questo per correttezza nei confronti del vicinato.
Inoltre, chiediamo cortesemente di fumare fuori dalla finestra.
Al momento del check out-uscita, cortesemente, spegnere il frigorifero e asciugare l'acqua che si è sciolta.
Lasciare attivo il contatore della luce dopo aver staccato le prese di corrente tv e radio.
La manopola del gas (che si trova sotto al lavello della cucina, colore giallo), dovrà essere riportata in stato di Off-spento.
Si prega inoltre di lasciare la casa pulita e ordinata, così come vi è stata consegnata.
Per i rifiuti: a Toceno vi è l'isola ecologica per la raccolta differenziata, di fronte alla parrocchia piccola di Sant'Antonio (Cimitero del paese).
