Quiet house with large garden in a residence 30 km from Cagliari and Elmas Airport and 5/15/ 30 km from the best beaches you ever saw.( look for "Pula , Chia , fort Village-resort and Is Molas Golf Club"on google maps + “Poetto” Cagliari beach )
Sunny 50 sq. meter living room ,air conditioned.
Large bedroom with double bed and private bath/wc.
Second bedroom with queensize bed (160 cm) and sofa/bed and private bath/wc.
Third bedroom with three single bed and private bath/wc .
A fully furnished kitchen, with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, , toaster and dishware & cutlery, dish washer.
800 sq meter garden with outdoor table, chairs and large barbecue.
