Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We now have an exchange arranged for August 2024. Open to offers of a city break for a few days at any time, ideally to a destination that flies to Knock Airport.
Holiday home equipped with 3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, Living room with fully equipped kitchen. 3 Minutes walk from Pier which is good for swimming, fishing and SUPPing. 5km golden sand beach is about a 10 minute walk. Two surfing schools operate from the beach. For those who prefer something a bit warmer, the Seaweed baths are within a few minutes walk of the house! There is a well renowned Golf Links course, as well as Pitch and Putt, tennis and mini-golf available locally. There is also a swimming pool complex and playgrounds nearby for the little ones.
There are two hotels as well as a number of pubs, shops and restaurants in the village which is about a 12 minute walk from the house.
Ballina is about12km away while Sligo is about 50km, and the nearest airport is Knock, Ireland West, which is about 60km away.
