Beautiful extended Irish cottage on private grounds on the edge of Cappamore village. Excellent access to limerick city. Excellent neighbours. Very easy house to live in. Surrounding area has a wealth of activities, especially Clare Glens and Slieve Felims.

Excellent neighbourhood. 3 pubs, 1 gastro pub of high quality, large shopping centre, hairdressers, library, petrol stations are all within 400m of the house. Very easy place to live. Quiet and safe, Cappamore offers itself as a quiet village within the reach of Limerick City. Central location in Ireland...west coast beaches are 1 hour 10 mins; Cork is 1 hour 20, Dublin, 2 hours, Galway, 1 hour, Limerick 20-25 mins, south coast 1 hour 35 mins, nothing is too far.

Biking and hiking are hugely popular. A maze of quiet hill roads in Slieve Felims are close by, Clare Glens waterfalls are nearby, lough Derg and River Shannon are 30 mins and 20 mins respectively...it is a joy to live in this area.
