5 minutes walk from small city center. Wide variety of entertainment with good restaurants and pubs with music and clubs. Cork has a number of Art Galleries, Theaters and Cork Opera House all in close proximity. Parks, river walks all on the doorstep. Normal traffic flow. Close to bus and train stations (5 minutes walk). Beaches to Cork 30 min by bus/train. Kerry 1 1/2 hr by Bus/train. (good service)
