We appreciated very much our stay in Margarete's and Martin's home in Bective. Mario, the budgie, welcomed us warmly as well. He adaptated very good to us and communicated. We loved the brighteness, the tidiness, the peace and the space in the house. A mutual trust from the beginning reassured us: we were constanly in contact to share our impressions and to report small daily difficulties (the broken glasses have been replaced). It was a great positive experience. We had our own car to travel: the Boyne valley, Powerscourt, Malahide Castle, Dun Lahogaire, Slane Distillery, Mellifont abbey, the seaside (Bettystown beach) and Dublin as well. We enjoyed the car driving in the peaceful countryside: no mass tourism. As we didn't book for Newgrange, we could not get in. Please do not forget it ! We thank Margaret and Martin very much for having taken care our hens and our cat Lucie (well educated...) and watering our garden. They bought us a fan and a children pool and could not take them back to their house. Our house was kept very clean. Everything was perfect ! We recommend them to the next home swapers in Bective!
