Living area is open plan, encompassing a large kitchen, dining & family area. Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood which is only a mile walk from the town of Clonakilty (with street lighting and footpath).

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our house is one miles walk from the centre of Clonakilty town. The house enjoys the peacefulness of a rural setting combined with being located on the outskirts of a vibrant tourist location that is world famous for food, tidy towns, fabulous beaches, historical walks and a vibrant music scene.
Our house enjoys an extremely quite setting where traffic is rare and views of the country side are stunning. At the rear of our garden (which is safely fenced off), there is a wonderful glen complete with a flowing stream that leads into the main river in the centre of Clonakilty.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Our family home is within walking distance of the centre of Clonakilty town, where there is a wide range of award winning restaurants, and pubs. Clonakilty hosts a wide range of festivals from the world famous guitar festival to the Random Acts of Kindness festival
Our favourite family places to eat include The Courtyard bar, the Inchydoney Hotel Bar and The Emmett Hotel. For Nights out for just the Adults we enjoy Debarras bar for a drink followed by any one of the great restaurants including Richies, Mios and The Farm.
