This was lovely, don't miss out on the lovely people, scenery and activities. Thanks so much Edel and family. The whole experience was really good. Thanks to Edel for approaching us on it. We found their house in excellent condition, tidy, nicely maintained and very clean. The little pets were great company and a delight for our own kids to play with. The area is spectacular in Kerry. We completely enjoyed it. Our own house was left perfect for us on our return home. They are a very respectful family. We fully recommend them to all other HomeLink partners. Edel and John's house is ideally situated - such a lovely area, sea 200 meters, a small and very friendly pub just down the road, lots of walks around, and plenty of wonderful places and sceneries to discover within a short drive, people in the area are ever so nice!!! It was a pleasure to swap houses with Edel and John, their kids are very respectful of the premises, their pets and hens very nice and easy to care of, and my house was spotless when I came back! We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend the place for any homelinkers in search of an Irish adventure!

We stayed in John and Edel's home in the Maharees in Castlegregory and had a wonderful time. Their lovely home is spacious, warm, welcoming and situated in the most beautiful place with beaches and mountain walks at your fingertips. We were welcomed by the dog and cat and the hens gave us breakfast on both mornings. We had a wonderful time. We walked, cycled, swam and visited the local country market which was really good. We also ate locally in the cafe and bar and they were really good. A great trip. Edel and Mary

Thank you Edel + John for a fantastic home exchange in Castlegregory and Maharees. We were treated to a spacious, beautiful home equipped with everything you'd possibly need. House is surrounded by stunning beaches just minutes away on foot. Our hosts gave us great recommendations including horseriding place down road. The smiles on our children's faces were pricless as they trotted along beach on lovely ponies, ably led by Lawerence. They'd never been ponyriding before but they managed an hour easily. We loved the dog, Bosco, who was a great character and it was no trouble minding the pets. We brought my mum along on the break and she loved the pets and even managed a walk on beach with her walking stick. We headed over Conor Pass to Dingle for day trip and enjoyed festival - Feile na Bealtaine - wonderful parade & entertainment. We came home with a smile on our faces, wishing we had more time. So good, would easily do repeat swop in future. Thanks again to Edel, John + family.
