Regency Home in lovely cul de sac in the leafy suburbs of Ranelagh Rathmines 15 minutes walk from city center, 10 km from the beach and 2O km drive from the Wicklow Mountains.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is very bubbly. While our culs de sac makes you feel you are in the country side you are only few minutes from the lovely villages of Rathmines , Ramelagh, Portobello and Dublin city center , Grafton street etc...
All restaurants, pubs music venues are walkable distance. Dublin bikes are also near to us as well as Go car if one wanted a drive to the mountains or to the beach.

Everything is accessible at a walking or cycling distance from our house. City, Museums, Beach and Mountains. We have an Aga and love home cooking (plenty of cookbooks in the house). They are plenty of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants walking distance from the house.

We do not wear shoes indoors in our house. It is important that we do find our house tidy and clean when we return.
Rooms must be aired every day especially in the bathrooms after bathing.
