Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A familiar home in Palma de Mallorca, the "Best city in the world for living" (accordint to the british newspaper "The Times"). It is a 2 floors apartment , not too big (140m2) perfect for kids &babies in a quiet residential area with community garden, swimming pool and children's play area. Located 20 mt. next to the forest, 20 minutes walking from the Bellver castle, 10 minutes driving from the beach or at 5 minutes from the city center by bus. It is a perfect place for enjoying, in a familiar manner, the good weather, the mediterranean countryside, the marvelous beaches, the gastronomy and culture that Majorca island offers.
We offer our car to enjoy all the island's landscapes.

Uno de los mejores barrios de Palma, la mejor ciudad del mundo según The Times. Zona residencial, tranquila, en el bosque del Castillo de Bellver. A 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad en autobús y situada al lado de la vía de cintura, fácil conexión con cualquier lugar de la isla. Perfecta para vacaciones familiares. Dúplex no muy grande (140m2) apto para niños y bebés.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Near Paseo Marítimo (seafront promenade), ideal for taking a walk and dinner. Beach is 10 minutes driving. Bellver forest is next to the home door. The charming Palma city center is 5 minutes by bus where much cultural activity, the most modern shops or any type of restaurant can be found.

Es importante para nosotros encontrar la casa limpia y ordenada a la vuelta, dado que es nuestra primera residencia. No se aceptan fumadores ni grupos de jóvenes menores de 30 años. Es importantísimo abstenerse de hacer de ruidos y actividades que pudieran molestar a los vecinos dado que se trata de una zona residencial familiar tranquila, sobretodo a partir de las 21 horas ni a la hora de la siesta. No se permiten animales en jardines comunitarios.
It's important for us to keep the house clean and tidy because it's our first residence. We don't accept smokers and groups of people under 30. I'ts forbidden to make noise or activity that can bother the neighborhood because it's a very quiet familiar place to live, mainly at the "siesta" time and from 21 hr on. It's not allowed to have the pets in the community gardens.
