Hello, we are Gabi (63) and Günter (65) retired and not married. Both of us have 2 children (girls and boys ,adults (about 30 years old).
Some parts of the year we are also on tour with our camper!
We are very active, like the nature for hiking, biking (race and mountain),fishing, swimming and looking for mushrooms and berries in the mountains.We don't like big cities!We are looking for an exchange (also long time),or house sitting all over the year in a great area ! Günter is a handyman,so.... to care for
house, plants,pets and garden would be no problem!!!

We offer you a friendly family house,
located in a small village near Karlsruhe (10 km ). Groundfloor ca.120 m², 2 bedrooms, garden with 2 ponds and a cosy, wodden sauna house, terrace and a garage (only for bikes).
The 2. floor, a little flat is actually rent to a single.
Quiet, fully equipped, pleasant and cheerful wooden interior decoration, cosy wood burning stove.
Little woods and natural areas are nearby for jogging, biking and outdoor activities.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live in a quiet surrounding, without many traffic. Our neighbourhood is friendly and helpful. Supermarket, bakery, food stores are nearby. Our house is well situated for biking tours in the Rhein valley and a little mountain area ( 6 km).
The tram station is close ( 8 min. by feet). You can reach Karlsruhe city in 10 min.
