Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
kleines Haus auf 3 Ebenen ca 60 m2, Erdgeschoß ,Souterrain und Dachgeschoß. Das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoß hat einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick ins Tal und die Berge. Souterrain mit kleiner Terrasse. Das Duschbad befindet sich auf der mittleren Ebene(Erdgeschoß), wo auch die Küche ist. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett, neben dem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein separates WC. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen.

Von Giuliano di Roma aus sind es in die größere Stadt 20 Minuten nach Frosinone. Nach Rom sind es ca 1 Stunde. Zu der Amalfiküste sind es 2 Stunden. Nach Terraccina zum Meer sind es 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wunderschöner Dünenstrand ist 40 Minuten von Giuliano entfernt in Sabaudia.
