Family home. Option for max 4 children + parents. 110qm. Our house was fully renovated 2015. With open green garden (no fence to our neighbors). A lot of toys available. We have several bicycles (sportive, touring, kids) and a electronic pedalec (max 4 kids). We have a comfortable kitchen (dishwasher etc.).

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Calm and relaxed atmosphere. No crime. International englisch speaking neighbors. 20 children (between 0 and 14 years old) in our tiny street only. Green garden. Very smooth street with no traffic. Car rental very close. No racism, no noisemakers, very open and friendly place. In our direct neighborhood are a lot of sport ground.

Nice outdoor sport park for old and young (400m), large playground for kids (400m). Running tracks and lake (5km). Indoor climbing hall (1km). And so on... Munich offers a lot of cultural events and attractions. Nice for shopping. The alps (Germany highest mountains) are 60-70 km away. Perfect for ski, hiking, relaxing.
