Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Spacious apartment with magnificent view in the center of Leipzig. The Ferdinand-Lassalle-Street is comparable to the 5th Av .The Johanna park is just across the street. Our flat has 100 qm, 40 qm downstairs ( sleeping room and bathroom), you will reach the 60 qm livingroom using the stairway. The livingroom includes the kitchen, the room is very very sunny and you will have a 270 degree view over the „music city“.
We 5 bikes in the garage, Leipzig is flat, you don‘t need any car.
2 of the best beargardens , Leipzig has a lot, are only 5 minutes away in the Clara Zetkin park.

Leipzig is the ideal city for lovers of the classical music (Bach, Mendelson, Schuhmann, Thomaner). The city is a paradise for paddling und biking, the lakes in the south you can reach by bike in 20 minutes. They have clear water and sand beaches, ideal for swimming.
The city center is free from cars, you can get there in 5 min by bike or by foot. There you can visit a lot of events during the year.
