Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A new build house, 10 km from the Dutch border. We are a retired Dutch couple; we speak Dutch, German, English, French and Spanish. Our home has a complete guest appartment with own bathroom, two bedrooms, kitchen, dining and sitting room. TV, radio and internet. We have a second car; as well as bicycles. This region is excellent for biking. Easy to visit the Netherlands from here. Tenniscourt is very near. Golf in 30 minutes by car, Maps and touristic information are present. Jeu-de-boules place is in front-garden. Several Swimming pools in the neighbourhood.

In de Grafschaft Bentheim en de aangrenzende nederlandse provincie Overijssel tref je een bijzonder mooi coulissenlandschap. Bos, heide, grafheuvels uit het bronzen tijdperk. Door de stuwwallen uit de ijstijd zijn er heuvels en mooie vergezichten ontstaan. Rustige wegen; veel fietspaden; picknickplaatsen. mooie dorpen met terrassen om iets te nuttigen. Kastelen en middeleeuwse dorpen op een uur rijden voor mooie dagochten. Sporten: tennis, golfbanen en zwembaden.

homechange non simutanious, with our preference to travel in the months december, january and february for example to the Caribean, Florida, South America and South Africa. We offer our appartement between the months march till november. So in our summertime!
