Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We live in a small quite street with less traffic. It's a an old house, built in 1905, which is totally renovated in 2008. Our modern flat it's in the ground-floor with big sunny rooms and large windows central located in Berlin-Friedrichshain. In front of the kitchen and living-room we have a 20qm terrace and a lovely courtyjard with trees, flowers and table tennis. We have one sleeping-room for the adults with a big bed and three childrens sleeping-rooms with balconies to sleep above. Also we have one room like a buro. In the bathroom there is a washing machine a tumble-drier. The shower you can't see on the picture. In the kitchen we have a dish-washer. If you like, you can use our WIFI.
Our neighbours are very friendly people with kids, playing in the in the courtyjard in the afternoon.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Next to the house is a park and behind the park there are many super markets, pubs, cafés, restaurants... Friedrichshain is a very popular district, just beside Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte and Kreuzberg. Also near by you can vistit theater, cinema, conserts, art-exhibitions... To visit other places in the town, just take the public transport, 5 minutes to walk to each station, S-Bahn or U-Bahn. Parking your car is for free in our street and the streets arround.
If you want to go outside the city, there are many beautiful lakes, where you can swim or have a boot trip.
Also there are big parks to promenade for example at the big river, the Spree.
