Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We live in a 80m2 apartment, where we offer one private room with enough space for 1-2 people. There is a cozy double bed (140cm) and on request we offer an inflatable mattress. We share the bathroom and the kitchen.
The kitchen has a dining table, gas stove and all necessary equipment. Traditional bathroom with bathtub and window to the courtyard.

Untersendling is a beautiful old building district. Not far from the charming old wholesale market and within walking distance to the Theresienwiese.
Subway within 5 minutes walking distance, 10 minutes to Marienplatz. You can relax at the Isar (10 min. bike ride) or look at graffiti art at Bahnwärter Thiel (5 min. bike ride). We are happy to give you advice for things to do (f.e. hiking) in and around Munich (45 min. by train).
