Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a balcony.
There is a big swimming pool in the residence.
The bulding has a secure entrance and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy...
We are localised between Nice and Cannes, next to Vaugrenier Park (more than 100 hectares).
You can easily go to Antibes, Marine Land, Biot, Saint Paul de Vence, ...
The see is at 15 minutes walking of our appartement.
We are at 10 minutes walk from the train station. So it's easy to go to the airport and to all the cities of the French Riviera (Menton, Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, ...)
We can also lend our equipments for sports or excusions : One stand up paddle, 2 bikes, snorkeling, tent.
