Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our house is situated a few steps away from the city center and a few steps away from the port. She is facing south and thus takes advantage of a beautiful period of sunshine. This house is pleasant to live, very bright
On the ground floor there is a garage, a laundry (with access to the garden) and a chamber, On the 1st floor: a big stay-lounge, a kitchen, a bathroom (bathtub) and a small balcony.
In the 2nd floor: there are 3 chambers, a dressing room, There is one TOILETS at every level,
It is very pleasant to have dinner the summer the garden, or to take its bike to go by the sea (or of the swimming pool of sea water).

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
VANNES is an ancient medieval town which offers a beautiful historical center, with a beautiful garden on the edge of the ramparts;
You will appreciate the market on Wednesday and Saturday with its fish markets!!
From the house you quickly access the hiking trails that take you to the gulf and the port of Vannes.
From the port you can embark for the islands of the gulf (iles aux Moines, islands of Arz ...).The marina area is very nice.
One can very easily make a beautiful boat cruise on the GULF OF MORBIHAN, which is listed as one of the most beautiful bay in the world.
Vannes is ideally situated to visit Quiberon and the wild coast (1/2 hour), Carnac and its menhirs (1/2 hour), ferry from Quiberon to go on Belle ile at sea, Houat or Hoëdic. You can discover the great beaches of fine sand (Presqu'ile de Rhuys, Quiberon, Erdeven, or Carnac ...).
Nearby, the town of Auray and the port of St Goustan, Arradon and its beautiful coastal paths, Port Anna (typical fishing port). Nantes ( Airport, 1 hour), Rennes (Airport, 1 hour).
