Jeunes retraités ayant travaillés dans les secteurs économiques et médicales, ayant eu 4 enfants actuellement tous en activité dans le secteur touristique. Notre maison est située à une vingtaine de km d'Angers à la campagne proche de la rivière Le Loir. Nous avons déjà pratiqué l'échange de notre maison en 2008 avec une famille de Perth en Australie. Cette première expérience ayant été très réussie et maintenant à la retraite, nous profitons de plus de temps de loisirs pour renouveler non seulement l'échange de maison mais aussi le gardiennage d'animaux. Nous avons déjà plusieurs expériences dans ce domaine.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
In a quiet countryside environment near a forest. Unesco classified region of the Loire Valley with its castles.
We are at 1h30 of south-east of Paris by TGV or by plane, 3 hours by car and at 1h30 of ouest coast. Our house is near Angers (20 km), near Loir river which is at 2 km. Our house is spacious and in a quiet environment. There are 4 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 bathrooms, a desk office, a wash office, a kitchen, a lounge with dining room and a large garage under the house. A terrace in front of a wood. We are at 1,5 km of a small village and another at 2 km with a river where the bathing is possible and fishing so. Walking is pleasant in the forest which is near of our house. If you come here, you will be quiet and ready to take the departure to visit Loire Valley and its Castle and other curiosities hidden well.

In a forest environment, you find quiet and self-awareness. You will appreciate it for the simple and practical side, for the wooded and quiet outdoors spaces. Near the house, the wood and the forests, the ideal for hikes or bicycle. You will find a route natural path and discovery of the flora and the fauna in local forest environment, a sports route.
You will be at 5 minutes on foot of a bus stop of the urban area from Angers. You will reach the center in 40 minutes by bus and 20 minutes by car. Count 15 minutes by car to go you at the airport of Marcé and 25 minutes to go to the station of Angers St Laud. So, you are in fifteen minutes of the A2 Oceane highway to go to Loire Castle.
