Maison de campagne de 110 m2, récemment rénovée, comprenant une chambre(20 m2) avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simples, une salle à manger-cuisine équipée(35 m2), un salon- bibliothèque- bureau avec cheminée (45 m2) avec 2 canapés dont 1 convertible en lit double très confortable. La maison est située sur un terrain de 12000 m2 clos et indépendant.L'endroit est très calme et situé à 6 kms de l'autoroute A84 et à 50 kms de la mer.A proximité de nombreux sites touristiques: Le Mont Saint Michel (35 kms), Saint-Malo (75 kms),Châteaux des Marches de Bretagne: Fougères (17kms), Combourg (45kms), Dinan (45kms), Vitré (50kms)...Rennes est à 45 kms.
La situation de la maison permet d'apprécier la nature, la proximité de la côte et les nombreux sites touristiques.
