Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Paris, au cœur du quartier "Marais" chargé de l'histoire. L'accueil et le contact est très sympathique avec Rita. Son appartement est un petit bijou. Merci beaucoup pour cet échange inoubliable.

It was a wonderful time in Rita`s appartment, which has been renovated with taste and quality. The house is in a fantastic location, the heart of the quarter Le Marais. The appartment is in the roof of a historical house, a climb that is really worth it. Here you feel welcome and you can relax after exploring the wonderful City of Paris.

L'inserzione non specifica che per arrivare al quinto piano ci sono 90 gradini ripidi con scala a chiocciola molto stretta. La signora si era impegnata per accudire la mia gatta appena arrivata a destinazione il miagolio della gatta le ha dato noia conclusione la gatta è dovuta traslocare, grande problema per me e per chi ha seguito tutta la situazione.

Splendida casa con vista sui tetti nel cuore di Parigi. È stato fantastico soggiornare per una settimana nella casa di Rita. Una casa perfetta e curata in ogni angolo nei minimi particolari ,che subito ti fa sentire a tuo agio. situata nel centro del quartiere Marais, con negozi di ogni tipo, comoda per muoversi a piedi ma anche con i mezzi pubblici a pochi metri da casa, un luogo difficile da lasciare. Rita è stata veramente gentile è pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda, e a darci degli utili consigli.Grazie mille Rita per averci dato l’opportunità di vivere come dei parigini, speriamo di poter ripetere questa stupenda esperienza. Rita's apartment is gorgeous! The photos are very understated. First of all, the apartment has the most beautiful view of Paris rooftops. Everything in Rita's apartment is beautfiully done: floors, shower, windows ,etc. I love everything about her apartment and the way she decorated it. She was also so sweet to leave all kinds of goodies to eat and has the best coffee machine. I'm going to buy one like it!

I had a wonderful week in Rita’s modern, elegant apartment. It’s perfectly situated - lots of amenities nearby. Communication with Rita was easy. She was a perfect guest, too.

Great exchange! The apartment has an unbeatable location for visiting Paris. The main museums (Louvre, D'Orsay, Picasso, ...) are within walking distance from the house and the Marais district is charming with everything you need to feel good: restaurants, grocery shops, bakeries/bakeries and fashion shops, art galleries, etc. We loved the house: it is very elegant, very clean and tidy and fully equipped. We have felt very comfortable and Rita is a lovely person and really generous. Communication with her has been easy and she has always been attentive to our satisfaction. We have enjoyed the charm of Paris in its best neighborhood and in a charming house. Thank you very much Rita.

Très beau appartement avec un emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter la ville. Tout près de Place de Vosges , du quartier Latin ,de l’île de la Cité et de l’île Saint-Louis .Le quartier lui-même ,le Marais , mérite des journées entières .Rita a été une homelinker attentive à tout et très gentille. Elle nous a laissé beaucoup d’information sur la ville et des promenades à faire . Nous avons apprecié sa chaleur et son efficacité lors de nos nombreux contacts . Our stay in this apartment was truly exceptional. Located in the center of Le Marais, which in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, the apartment is in the middle of an elegant districtfull of picturesque cafes, bars, vintage shops, boutiques, art galleries and museums. The streets are seemingly always bustling with lifeand yet not so many tourists, making one feel almost like a local. The apartment is situated within walking distance of Paris` city center. Iconic attractions such as Notre Dame or the Louvre are reachable in 20-30 minutes by foot. The even closer banks of Seine offer lovely sunset views, bars and ideal reading spots. The metro station Saint-Paul is practically next to the apartment`s interior is tastefully designed. It`s evident that the owner poured careful consideraion into every detail, creating a space that seamlessly blends style with practicality. An absolute highlight was the balcony offering a perfect spot for a glass of wine in the evening and a breathtaking view over the district. The charm of the atmosphere is hard to describe. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Her prompt responses and helpful suggestions ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience, allowing us to maximize our time exploring the city. Her culinary recommendations were particularly welcomed, given the multitude of dining optionsin Paris. We can only fully recommend this exchange!
