We are a family of four, two parents and two teenagers. But often we travel without children or only with our daughter.
We like travel in Europe. In summer we prefer the sea, in winter the mountains. We are also interested in weekend home exchanges in the south of France.
We enjoi trips to European cities and islands and sometimes to the countryside. Our favorite activities are cultural visits, water sports, beach, picnics in the summer; walks, skiing, ice skating in the winter.
We will be happy to welcome you at home in a beautiful district of Paris, and do everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasing.

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
You are welcome.
We live in a 3-rooms apartment in 14th arrondissement of Paris, near Montparnasse and the Town Hall of 14th. We have 5 sleeping places : 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a 2-seater sofa in the living room, small but very equipped kitchen and the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Our apartment is typically Parisian, with high ceilings, old moldings and French windows balcony. It's on the 3rd floor without a lift, however the staircase is quite practical and it's not very high.
The district 14th is very beautiful, just near to our house there is the castle of the Town Hall of the 14th and the square with lots of plants and trees. 3 metro stations of different lines are nearby, and also the bus N 92 which crosses all of Paris.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The Montparnasse quarter is very lively (restaurants, cafes, theaters, cinema, shopping centers, markets, municipal swimming pool, many fitness clubs near the house). Il is very convenient for subway travel. The car rental agencies are also nearby.
Just near the house is the Montparnasse Tower. Visit the panoramic space (from the top of the 56 floors) the view of Paris is magnificent especially at sunset!
From Montparnasse station you can go to Versailles Palace in 20 minutes by suburban train.
Other cities and regions are accessible by train from Montparnasse station (For example: Bordeaux in 3 hours 30 minutes, La Rochelle in 3 hours, Brest in 3 hours 30 minutes).

You can also go to Disneyland Paris by subway + suburban train.
