Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Nice duplex apartment in Paris, close to Eiffel Tower, Seine River and Trocadero, in the charming Passy area.
Close tu subway, bus and all commodities.
3 bedrooms with parents' room upstairs and kids' (one with truckle bed) on the other side of the apartment.
One big living room with kitchen at the back (refurbished in 2016) and comfortable sofas to enjoy a drink, listen to music or watch TV.
2 separate toilets.
Very quiet building atop an old French theater.
