A calm, light apartment in Paris 13, 73m2 near the Seine and the National Library. Thera are 2 bedrooms, with sofa bed, one on the mezzanine. Big living room with sofa bed, open kitchen. Seperate bathroom and WC. Near metro, RER and bus.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Quartier animé avec de nombreux restaurants, bars et cinémas. Juste à côté se trouve, l'avenue de France, où l'on peut faire du shopping. Deux théâtres sont à proximité également. Le parc de Bercy permet des promenades agréables avec ou sans enfant. Par le métro (3 minutes à pied), vous êtes en 15 minutes au centre de Paris, Notre Dame. Possibilité de promenades nocturnes le long de la Seine parsemée de péniches aménagées en bars.Piscine flottante sur la Seine toute proche, fort agréable en nocturne. Nombreux commerces de proximité pour faire les courses avec marché le dimanche et le jeudi.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home

Nous allons souvent au cinéma MK2 qui se trouve à 5 minutes de chez nous.Puis nous nous rendons aussi dans les brasseries ou les bars de proximité où l'accueil est chaleureux. Nombreux sont ceux qui proposent des orchestres le WE. C'est un quartier agréable pour se promener : le long de la Seine (avec ses péniches) ou dans le grand parc de Bercy. De nombreux magasins aux grandes enseignes se trouvent aux alentours pour ceux qui aiment le shopping. Notre quartier est excessivement bien desservi pour se rendre dans les autres quartiers parisiens.
