We have a cute very sunny and quiet apartment in Paris near Parc des Princes and Rolland Garros. It is not our main residence and we do stay there as a pied-à-terre when needed. It has all the facilities that one needs. A nice bathroom, separate toilet, double living/dining room, open kitchen on the corridor.
