Big House of 280 m2, with garden, center of an historical town, at the hearth of Auvergne Volcanoes.
5 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 tv room, 1 living room, 1 dinning room.
Severals activities : ski, kayak, fishing, walking and cycling, hiking trail, swimming
Attraction parks : Vulcania and Le Pal.
From december to march, family ski station is situated at 20 kms from our house : Cross-country skiing, Tyrolean, rackets(snowshoes), short ski method, hike(ride)

Small and historical town, quiet place with bakery and supermarket. Ideally situation to visit our beautiful region.
You will discover a lot of lakes, forests, golf and rivers for summer activities.
For the winter, montains and ski stations are situated at only 30 kms.
Pleasant situation also to visit Clermont Ferrand (5minutes) with catedral, Vichy (30 minutes) termal town, Lyon(1:30 hours)
