Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Situated close to the beach, the 3 bedrooms apartment has a spacious terrace with breathtaking view. It is located in a luxury residence within vast park (12 acres) gated with a guard. On the top of the park there is a huge pool.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The flat is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood called "Chateau Miramar". There are shops, supermarkets (Casino, Super U open until late and on Sundays morning too) and restaurants nearby (La locanda “Italian restaurant”, la cantine de mathieu).
A walk along the beach and a picnic are a must!

Every single time when you leave the apartment, make sure you have close and lock all windows. There are some burglaries, so you have to careful.
If you open it, close it.

If you unlock it, lock it up.
If you break it, admit it.
If you can't fix it, call in someone who can.
If you borrow it, return it.
