Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Very near Valence, 3 ha park, comfy old house built in 1900 and has been completely updated.
5 minutes from the Valence city center, in a quiet reesidential neighborhood.

We have a living room with fireplace, dining room, one independant bedroom, toilets and modern kitchen on the 1st floor.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a shower place too and access to a southern large balcony offering a very good view of the park.

At the basement floor, small exercise room and inddor pool.. at the lowest level and bathroom with showern.
Direct access to the 3 Ha park.
Domestic help is available.

We are a family of two adults in our fifties.
3 sons 23, 21 and 18, in Lyon for their studies. There, they live in 3bdr flat, possible to swap too.

Our cars have air conditioning, seats up to 7 in our Hunday sante Fe and 4 in our Fiat 500. The cars are regularly maintained and will be serviced before your arrival.
We also have four bicycles that are available for you to use.
