Dear Laura! This was our first home swap ever! And I am sure it was not the last one! We are very lucky we had the experienced home swappers, the Martinez family to change homes with. They were not only super kind and helpful, but their experience and thorough thinking about every detail gave me total confidence from the beginning. They have a very nice and comfortable house in very nice and quiet surrounding. We were with a baby, which made traveling and programming a little harder, but we could visit many nice cities (Dunkerque, Brugge, Lille, Bergues) and the amazing Cote d'Opal!!!!! Highly recommended for everyone! :) Thank you Laura for everything!

Semi retired French couple now living mostly in Portugal, will list a second house in France in a few months, when bought,only exchanging with experienced homeexchangers couples for minimum 3 weeks to 2 months.
We are willing to swap our car too.

No pet, no children sorry, no smoking, no late party.

Please note : Cleaning fee : 130 euros (for professional Portuguese cleaners), optional when reciprocal exchanges.

This is a new area, some houses are still being built, it might be noisy during working days.

2-We have fallen in love with Portugal and decided to build a beautiful villa with a private pool (salt) 35 km south of Lisbon in lovely Azeitão.
The area is wonderful , beaches 15 minutes by car,villages,nature,sport...
We have friendly international neighbours.

You can walk to different supermarkets and restaurants.

The area still has a few houses being built..
