Home of 30 years in the heart of a very nice village of the Monts d'Or (8km from Lyon), with local shops. The house is in a large outdoor area with beautiful trees. The location is ideal to quickly take advantage of all the amenities of the city without its drawbacks every day!

The neighborhood is quiet and the place, very safe. Village next to the Saöne, numerous walks can be done directly from home. The village shops are useful for daily shopping. 3km to the north, another village has supermarkets and all the necessary shops. Multiple sports activities are within walking distance of the house. The environnement is green and you fell quickly at home!
