3 room apartement, with 2 bedroom and a garden in a very nice and conveniant location, the appartement is 76 M2 (818 sq2) and the garden 70M2 , next to subway and busses, close to the center of Paris by public transportation ( metro Boulgne-Jean-Jaures, ligne 10) . Walking distance from everything. There are 2 caretaker within the building who may be able to help you if any difficulties.
