Very spacious and comfortable home with everything one needs. Your guest room was great! We enjoyed the short walk to downtown Flagstaff or having dinner on the deck, and of course the numerous hiking options in the area. There is so much to see and do - we went down the Grand Canyon, explored monument valley (we highly recommend the Navajo private tours) , paddled on Lake Powell, hiked through the red rock canyons and fell in love with Sedona. The Smiths were very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you, Sandi and Charles, for a great exchange.

The home was well laid out and thought out. It's easy to feel comfortable as soon as you enter. It is conveniently located within Flagstaff to get around easily and quickly. More importantly, there is a wide range of places to see within a 3 hour drive, ranging from the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, several National Monuments, Meteor Crater and more. From Flagstaff, it's all within easy reach from this very lovely home.

Wonderful exchange, Charles and Sandi were very nice and friendly with us, the house is perfect and has everything you can wish, with lots of space, nice view, etc and there are many things to do in the area.
