We are a couple (Norbert 69 and Susanne 62) and since we are retired, we enjoy the living in this beautiful house with its great garden full of flowers, old fruit trees and 2 meadows with 4 little sheep. We like walking, biking and swimming in the idyllic landscape and for cultural events we take the regional train which takes us within half an hour to Berlin.
In Berlin we live in a cosy apartement in Charlottenburg. You can see it also here on HomeLink.

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Exceptionally and stylishly furnished spacious house with a large garden in an idyllic small village near Berlin. The residence is on one floor (160 sqm) : 2 bedrooms, living room with reading corner and dining place, grand piano and smart TV, little spa and gym, bathroom with shower and bathtub, office space with wifi and printer. All rooms are sunny and most of them are directed to the south and our garden. The living room flows into a big terrace (40 sqm). Our animals live outside of the house and need little maintenance. Every morning you can collect fresh eggs in the chicken stable.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The little village has only 300 residents and is very quiet and idyllic. You will find a big farmhouse with a lot if cows, there you can buy fresh milk, honey, sausages and so on. It exist also a playing ground and a place where you can play boule/boccia. The next town (Fürstenwalde/32.800 residents) is 8 km away. There are all shops you need, pharmacies, doctors and the railway-station to Berlin. You can take a local train to reach Berlin Alexanderplatz within 30 minutes. The International Berlin Airport BER is 60 km away (40 min by car).

Our little village is located in the neighborhood of many nature reserves for example "Märkische Schweiz"," Schlaubetal", "Löcknitztal", "Oderbruch", "Scharmützelsee" etc. There you can find large forests, clean lakes and rivers. You can make wonderful hiking or cycling tours.
