Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We live in a 3-story townhouse in a gated community in Santiago, Chile, right beside a large, lovely park, and right beside the Metro Ines de Suarez metro stop. The house is decorated in a Nordic style and has 2 bedrooms (with beds), plus two bedrooms that we converted into an office and a sewing room. Downstairs we have a terrace, a living room, a kitchen, and a 6-seating dining room. The 3rd floor is a newly remodeled master suite.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighborhood is highly connected by transport yet also very family friendly. We are close to everything, but just far enough away that the sidewalks are never too full. My favorite part about our neighborhood is that we have a beautiful park right beside our house. We also have a grocery store a two-minute walk away, and a metro stop a 3-minutes walk away.

We have a park, and a really, really good steak house right beside our house. We also have a cute French bakery about 5 minutes away walking. We just got a new yoga studio right beside us that seems to be really cool!
