Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 level character home is in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood just 250 meters from the seaside and a sandy beach in a desirable area. Handy to grocery stores, bakery, wine shop, pubs and restaurants (all within 250 meters) excellent public transport at the end of the street, close to the downtown city, university, theatres,major shopping centres. The house has a heat pump and air conditioning. Terrific modern kitchen with DW, gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, eating nook, TV. Comfy living room with cable TV, gas fireplace. Wifi (high speed) internet and printer. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Laundry with washer/dryer. Beautiful private garden, greenhouse, deck and brick patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Car exchange negotiable (2019 Honda Fit).
