We are surrounded by the seawall and various beaches and we are adjacent to "Vancouver's jewel", Stanley Park. You can ride a bike around the seawall or venture into the biking and walking paths in the Stanley Park forest.

A 20 minute walk along the seawall will get you to the small ferry dock that takes you to the Granville Island Market and interesting shops and restaurants or you can walk along Robson Street in the other direction to explore shops, restaurants and the Vancouver Art Gallery. A 5-minute walk from our apartment takes you to English Bay on one side and to Coal Harbour on the other and a 5-minute walk to Denman Street gets you to the Public Library and Community Centre and skating rink as well as many small and diverse restaurants including Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Korean, Israeli, Lebanese, just for starters!
