We had a fantastic time in Vancouver. The condo was ideally located. We could walk over to Granville Island, take leisurely strolls along the waterfront and enjoy the many shops and restaurants on Granville Island. Downtown Vancouver was easily reached by the no. 50 bus which stopped a few hundred metres from the condo or by water taxi from the island. Vancouver is a lovely city with plenty to see and do both in the city and its environs. The condo itself was spacious and airy with the added bonus of a little terrace to relax on with a cup of tea. We also enjoyed meeting the lovely neighbours.

We had a wonderful time in Moira's lovely, clean and well-organised apartment. It's a great location for exploring Vancouver, with the amazing and characterful Granville Market right on the doorstep and views over to the city. Despite being so central the apartment sits within a wonderfully calm and quiet neighbourhood, with beautiful gardens, a superb local coffee shop and great access to public transport for onward travel. Moira had prepared lots of information and was available in the run up to the exchange to provide tips and suggestions for us, which was very much appreciated. Thank you once again Moira!

Moira has a cosy apartment in wonderful Vancouver. She lives in a nice area very close to Granville market. When you like to cycle, you can do this easily to the famous Stanley park. Also downtown by bus is not far. We were very lucky to meet some friendly neighbours. Then you can hear some more things about Canada and the Canadians then is written in the tourist books. Moira was very well organised. I think she is a good example for the home exchangers. Thank you Moira.

A 5 star home exchange... We received a very warm welcome on our arrival after a long flight from Europe with a 2yo kid. We enjoyed a very clean and very quiet apartment to recover from jet lag. Comfy and well equipped, Moira's apartment also has an amazing location !!!! You have everything nearby, it is easy to visit the city from this place, and you have lots of activities around... Grandville island is 3 minutes walking distance, and you will find there the little boats to go anywhere... Our exchange is non simultaneous, with a year difference, and we can't wait to welcome Moira at home in Paris ! Thank you very much Moïra...
