Excellent cafes, restaurants and boutiques are found within walking distance. Nearby Main Street is one of East Vancouver's hubs of independent shops and eating/drinking spots. Supermarket, drugstore, etc.. are located about a 10min walk away. Busses, right down the street create very good connections to downtown Vancouver (20min).
