Vancouver bungalow with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Master bedroom is large with large en-suite bath and walk-in shower. Second bedroom is great with an adjacent full bathroom. Newly renovated bathroom downstairs too. Modern appliances, large kitchen and dining areas.
Large deck and patios with comfortable furniture and barbecue. Surrounded by garden.
In the heart of a really fun Main Street commercial district with great restaurants and cafes and shopping.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Great shopping, restaurants, cafes, parks in the fun, friendly Main Street neighbourhood. Extremely convenient to public transit (Richmond Airport to Vancouver train line is 4 blocks down the street) and bus routes east/west along King Edward Boulevard and north/south along Cambie Street or Main Street. Hillcrest Community Center a short walk away for the fitness center or pool.

We have a cat that will be home and needs tending. Just feed and clean out her litter box.
Absolutely no smoking please - of any kind - please. A few indoor plants to water if the exchange exceeds a couple weeks and if its a summer exchange there will be a few planters on the deck to water as well. Otherwise there is an automatic sprinkler system to take care of the garden/yard.
