Spacious comfortable sunny house with panoramic view. Home is in Coquitlam, a suburb of Vancouver - a few minutes from the freeway which then is a 30 drive to downtown Vancouver and the ocean, 30 minutes to the US border, 40 minutes to the ocean at White Rock, and 2 hours to Whistler. Home has all amenities including wifi, a bbq , large back yard and front deck. Close to public swimming, exercise facilities and walking groups

Our home is on a quiet cut de sac with all facilities near by. Within a few minutes are an outdoor pool, tennis courts,golf courses and a community centre with pools and exercise facilities. Within 5 minutes are miles of urban walking/hiking trails and 20 minutes to major mountain hiking. Shopping of all kinds - two malls and restaurants and movie theatres are close by.
