Charming, comfortable home in quiet,treed,University area of lovely Guelph. Entertainment room with 58" Panasonic Viera/surroundsound. Within an hour or so of Niagara Falls, Nia.on Lake (& Shaw Theatre),beautiful Stratford (& Shakespearian Theatre), St. Jacobs & Mennonite country, Waterloo Farmer's Mkt., and Toronto and its many attractions.Possibility of visit to seasonal island cottage in Georgian Bay (largest freshwater archipelago in the world - 50,000+ islands).
We are able to exchange any time during the year except for July and August.
