We are a semi retired couple, a doctor and a psychologist. We live in a low rise condo overlooking Lake Ontario located in the green and beautiful Niagara region, 20 minutes away from Niagara On The Lake, home of the well renown Shaw Festival Theatre. Niagara is home to more that 100 wineries, ice wine is our signature. Our Condo is 1800 sq. feet. has 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom and a balcony which overlooks a forest and the lake. The location of the condo allows for 100% privacy and it is a very quiet building. Public transport is extremely limited, you need a car to arrive anywhere. We allow use of our car. Downtown is 10 minutes by car, where you will find multiple excellent restaurants and the newly built Arts Center. Brock University is 20 mins away.
There are numerous trails to visit as well as quaint small towns with great restaurants. You can spend over a months visiting the wineries and their restaurants.
Just relaxing in our balcony will bring relaxation and peace of mind.

The neighborhood is located in a quiet suburban and green area surrounded by trails, beaches, and a marina nearby. Below our condo there is a walking path that leads to a forest to one side and to the other a quaint small town, Port Dalhousie with a beach, marina, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Across the building there is a children's playground.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
The 450 million year old Niagara Escarpment is a Green Belt with numerous walking and cycling trails, such as the epic Bruce Trail, Canada's longest footpath with astonishing views. We are 20 min drive from the Niagara Falls, a Butterfly Conservation and Botanical Garden. On The Niagara Parkway, you drive about 1hr. bordering the Niagara River, parks and cycling paths, leading to the renowned town of Niagara On The Lake with fabulous shopping, spas, cafes, restaurants and the Shaw Festival. We are 10 min drive from the Performing Arts Center in downtown St. Catharines where you find cafes restaurants and shopping. Off our building there is a walking path which borders Lake Ontario, leading to the town of Port Dalhousie, with an antique carousel, beach, restaurants, cafes. In every direction of the region lay over 100 wineries and numerous craft breweries offering tasting and many first class restaurants. In February, we celebrate the Ice Wine festival. We are 1.5 hr. away from Toronto
