My home is in the heart of Niagara wine country, surrounded by orchards and only an hour from Toronto. My 3 bedroom, 3 level 1800 sq ft townhouse is on the shore of a large fresh water lake, only 15 min. from Niagara Falls and 1 hour from Toronto. A pretty garden courtyard welcomes you to the front door, opening into a small foyer, with a bright kitchen and small sitting area. The living room, with fireplace, and dining room have French doors that open onto a patio and a large expanse of grass and gardens beyond, overlooking an uninterrupted view of the 26 mile wide lake. Upstairs, the master bedroom (king bed), with ensuite bath and walk-in closet commands the same glorious view. A second bedroom provides a double bed. Downstairs, a guest suite has a queen bed, sofa and love seat, bathroom and laundry room. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the deck as you watch the ducks and swans play.
