Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Peachland British Columbia Canada is located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. My home has a stunning view of Okanagan Lake, it is two stories. with 2 bedrooms up and 1 bedroom and office downstairs. Both levels have large decks with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The master bedroom has a fireplace, bidet jacuzzi tub and 3 sinks. The second bedroom has a lovely floor to ceiling library. The living room has a beautiful view large screen T.V. and gas fireplace. Watch the moon dance on the water as you enjoy a glass of local wine while lounging on the sectional couch enjoying the built in gas firepit. There is a built indoor outdoor stereo system and a large gas bar b que on the upper deck. The recreation area on the lower level comes equipped with a wine fridge, bar and gym. The breathtaking yard also has a bathroom and fridge. The home is a retreat you won't want to leave but if you do, you are close to world class restaurants, golfing, zip lining, water sports and 3 ski resorts. Tranquil peaceful setting in a friendly neighborhood with fantastic lake view and access. 5 minutes to shopping and amenities, world class wineries close by. This quiet village is home to friendly peaceful residents who will be more than happy to welcome you. There are many local events. farmers markets and cultural activities. The outdoors is our play ground. Peachland is a neighboring town to a larger center with all of the amenities called Kelowna British Columbia. The Okanagan Valley is known as the California of Canada we enjoy 4 seasons and each season offers unique opportunities such as visiting world class wineries, kayaking, water-skiing, canoeing, beaches, skiing, golfing, swimming, cross country snow skiing, hiking, outdoor concerts, farmers markets in the summer, paddle boarding theater, opera and cultural events. You can watch the deer graze in the hills, and step out your door to excellent hiking trails. Peachland is a destination spot for tourists. You can stroll the prominad while window shopping in the interesting shops. Stop by the local pubs for a glass of wine/ beer, or fine dine in one of the local restaurants located on the shores of the lake.
